A LIFELONG LOVE OF CURTAINS
From a very early age, perhaps 8 or 9 years old, I have been obsessed with curtains and window dressing. That obsession has remained with me my entire life and my first and only career has been as a curtain maker. For nearly 30 years I have specialised in bespoke, made to measure curtains and blinds. I've worked for interior designers, prestigious shops and private individuals. Countless hours of perfecting my craft and hundreds of commissions will ensure you get the very best handmade has to offer.
WITH YOU AT EVERY STEP
I don’t subcontract any part of my work. From the moment I take your measurements to the day your curtains or blinds are installed, you’ll be dealing directly with me. Once you’ve chosen your fabrics and style, everything is handmade by me with care and precision.
On the day of installation, I’ll be accompanied by my husband Jude, my professional fitter and trusted partner. Working as a team allows us to ensure that every curtain is hung and dressed properly, and that you’re completely happy with the final result.
LOCATIONS I COVER
I have a dedicated workroom in Farnborough, Hampshire and I undertake work within a reasonable travelling distance. The majority of my clients are in Hampshire, Surrey & Berkshire in towns such as Guildford, Farnham, Ascot, Basingstoke, Reading, Fleet, Aldershot and all surrounding villages. On particularly large commissions, such as a show home (for a National house builder), I do travel throughout the UK.
FABRICS, TRACKS, POLES & ACCESSORIES
I have an extensive range of fabric suppliers and fabric sample books. I also supply and fit a wide variety of poles and tracks including custom made bay window tracks and motorised Roman blinds and roller blinds. In addition to making curtains and blinds, I also make cushions and box cushions to complement your window treatments.
